Purchase options cancellation policy

Keeping things simple

Our shop purchases are currently one-off payments. We do not offer product subscriptions, automatic renewals or recurring orders.

If you’d like to cancel a product order before dispatch, email hello@theresetatcedar.co.uk with your order number as soon as possible.

If your order has already been dispatched, you can still exercise any applicable cancellation and return rights. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for the process and timescales.

Pre-orders

If we offer an item for pre-order, its expected dispatch date and payment arrangements will be explained before checkout. Pre-ordering does not remove your statutory cancellation rights.

Retreats, stays and events

To request a booking cancellation or date change, email hello@theresetatcedar.co.uk with your booking reference.

The cancellation terms provided before you book explain the applicable refund deadlines, deposit conditions and any reasonable cancellation charges.

Paying for a booking in instalments does not create a subscription. Cancelling a payment instruction does not, by itself, cancel your booking or remove any amount lawfully due under your agreed booking terms.
